Description
This is a small film with the english words and Hebrew subtitles. The song is sung by Yaakov Shweki and it depicts the story of the extraction of Jewish children who were hidden in Christian monestaries during WWII. Rabbi Kahanaman's cry before them of SHMA YISRAEL stirred their long hidden memories as Jewish children who subsequently flocked to the Rabbi crying Mama.
This film was shown at the Israeli Translators Conference without the subtitles since the translation was improved and suited to the tune and the translation to Hebrew was shown on a screen, the contribution to the conference held in Jerusalem on Feb. 14th this year, of MUVAN TRANSLATION.
