Kim Jung-mi only sings on Side A of her debut album (Side B is taken up by established singers). The Woman in the Waiting Room was the very first song Kim Jung-mi recorded. Composer Shin Joong-hyun had just written it for the movie of the same name. He chose the (aptly named) song to try-out his new protégé singer in the studio.

The album features an early version of Lonely Heart.

The word "Aniya" is a form of no, stressing it's not/I'm not, something isn't that way. "No, I'm not that person (I'm not like that). You don't know my heart."
