This is from an audio recording of a live performance from the 1976 musical 'The Baker's Wife'. Its not from the soundtrack album. In general, I'm not a fan of this song. Well, I like the song, because Patti's singing it, but it really makes Genevieve seem really unlikable and had to empathize with. Genevieve has just left her husband and is having the time of her life, without a second thought for the poor Baker, who is losing his mind. And these two dum-dums have known each other a hot minute, so they're definitely not willing to kill or die for each other. Give them a day or two and we'll see how they're doing then.
