Floyd Cramer’s piano kicks off Boots’ initial (uncharted) salute to the King Curtis sax solo on the 1958 Coasters hit “Yakety Yak.” Slightly different from this Chet Atkins production was the better-known 1963 remake that Randolph did for Monument Records (listen here: https://youtu.be/R1AlMLbNoDA )
