This legendary metal festival featured over 150 bands across black metal, death metal, thrash, grindcore, doom, sludge, and metalcore — all fueling some of the craziest mosh pits and wall-of-death moments you’ll ever see. The festival had unforgettable performances from heavyweights like Gojira, Mastodon, Kataklysm, Dimmu Borgir, Paradise Lost, Mayhem, Ministry, Obituary, Dying Fetus, Suffocation, Fear Factory, Nile, Dark Funeral, and Fleshgod Apocalypse. Old-school power surged with 3 Inches of Blood, Carnivore A.D., and Asphyx, while Gutalax brought their infamous toilet-themed chaos complete with a portable TOI TOI toilet crowd surfing. Brutal Assault 2025 also unleashed surprise highlights from Hellripper’s blackened speed metal frenzy, Hentai Corporation’s unpredictable genre mashups, Blood Red Throne’s crushing Norwegian death metal, and Between the Buried and Me’s epic set.
