Last night, we witnessed the end of something we thought would never end.

We saw Ozzy — sitting like a tired king, still in love with it all — saying goodbye to his story. And we were there with him, all of us, saying goodbye together. The one and only Prince of Darkness.

We saw Tony Iommi, the true Riffmaster, the Godfather of Heavy Metal, playing with the same fire and soul he had in 1968.

We saw Geezer Butler laying down those thunderous bass lines, still full of passion and power.

And yes — we saw Bill Ward, shirtless and strong behind the kit, crushing the Sabbath songs the way only he ever could.

It was raw. It was real. It was legendary.

Thank you, Black Sabbath!

Back to the beginning... But this time, the beginning is inside all of us.
