Does This Whitney Houston #song Have a Measure Of 19/16? #drums

I recently did a silly drum cover of #iwillalwaysloveyou …the Whitney Houston version… I got this comment about how that long break at the end was hard to count, because there was a measure of 5… but I actually found it was a little weirder then that.

The way I was able to play along, I had to drop off the “a” of beat 4 to hit that pickup on beat 5. Making it a 19/16 measure! 😂

That being said… I’m sure in the studio, it was just a fermata or “on cue” …so the time just stops until the drums hit that pickup.
