Influencer Emilie Kiser has won a legal battle to redact details of her son's drowning from a police report.

Kiser's lawyer said the changes would not materially affect the report into the accident but was a necessary step to protect the dignity of her late son Trigg.

The judge who made the ruling said that there was no reason the public would need to access the information beyond 'morbid curiosity'.
