I first heard "Fields of Gold" sung by Annabel Sweeney on the Celtic Women channel, although the original song is by Sting.
This is a beautiful song not only about the barley fields surrounding the home of the composer, but also of the promises made by couples which are strengthened by the comfort of warm summer days at the close of day.
