Today would have been the birthday of the most important person in my life, my best friend, my...dad... He would have been 57 years old but instead he decided that his life while end when he was only 54 years old.
Mental health is a long and difficult journey and I can only recommend you to be followed by professionals if you are suffering from it because you cannot do it on your own.
