Howard writes a song dedicated to his lovely wife, Bernadette. And though his plans to perform the song went south after she was quarantined, he still found a way to make the moment unforgettable by singing it to her through the glass of her hospital room.
This was really adorable. Also, it isn't the first time Howard has played the keys for his sweet Bernie (Season 3).
