I like the new instrumental and am jazzed that there is a collab to begin with, but it was underwhelming to me and felt like they dropped the ball with the cover. Persona always has such wonderful music, and Life Will Change is no exception, so it felt like they really had to nail the vibes of a vocaloid cover for it to do both franchises justice. I played the pjsk cover for my husband and he was like "That was the persona crossover? that was mid" and I could only think about what a persona lover would think about vocaloid if this crossover was the only exposure they've had to it. Vocaloid is so wonderful and can be so expressive and powerful, and I feel like that kind of usage was really necessary for the collab but it didn't happen.

I had to have my husband record Piapro on his computer for this cover since my laptop is giving up on me. RIP.

In other news, I'm getting the hang of english tuning with Luka for a different project, so this wasn't too bad to bang out in a night. I can tell some of the timing and tuning could be improved, but I wanted to do this quickly. I need to go to bed soon. I have work tomorrow TvT
