Do you like green onion? I like it so much. Many countries in Asia have their version of green onion pancake. I've made Korean version one (Pajeon) some time ago. and this time I wanna make Indonesian version, it's called Martabak. It's a common street food in Indonesia. and I also wanna make Pickled Cucumber as side dish to balance the flavor. so here's the recipe :

2 spring roll wrappers
2 eggs
a lot of green onion, as much as you like
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/3 salt
pepper

pickled cucumber :
1 cucumber (mine around 250 gr)
3 tsp sugar
a pinch of salt
2 tsp vinegar
