If you love Buldak but want something extra creamy without cheese, try this easy hack! The secret? Kewpie mayo + egg for a silky, rich texture with a spicy kick.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen (sauce & seasoning)
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- Green onions (chopped)
- Chili crunch (for topping)

How to Make It:
1️⃣ Cook noodles, drain (keep a little water).
2️⃣ seperate bowl: mix in egg + mayo
3️⃣ Add Buldak sauce & carbonara seasoning.
4️⃣ Top with green onions & chili crunch.

Why It Works: The egg and mayo create a luscious, carbonara-like sauce that balances the heat. The chili crunch adds the perfect crunch!
