Description
"BEASTIE" is the first song on side one of Jethro Tull's 14th studio album "The Broadsword and the Beast". The first side of the album is titled "Beastie". The second side of the album is titled "Broadsword". It mixes electronic sound provided by keyboardist Peter-John Vettese (a characteristic that would further be explored on the next album Under Wraps) with acoustic instruments. The album is a cross between the synthesizer sound of the 1980's and the folk-influenced style that Tull had in the previous decade.
