Making KOREAN PANCAKE | TRADITIONAL KOREAN FOOD🍽️
Here is the Ingredients:
•(200g) Asian chives/Buchu (부추)
•1 1/2 Cup flour (I used buchu garo/already seasoned flour)
•1 Cup water
•1 egg (large)
•1/2 tsp sea salt (fine sea salt)
•1/2 tsp sugar
•Vegetable oil for frying
