BROWNIES KUKUS KEJU COKELAT
Resep: Lis Achmady
Loyang uk 18×18×7 cm
Kukus pertama 25 menit api sedang, kukus kedua 30 menit api kecil atau sampai matang.

7 butir telur utuh
260 g gula pasir
12 g SP
140 g tepung pro rendah
1 sdt BP DA
70 g kental manis
210 g magarin leleh

*bagi adonan jadi 2 bagian sama rata beratnya kurang lebih 530 g.
1. Untuk adonan coklat, tambahkan:
27 g coklat bubuk
14 g pasta coklat
2. Untuk adonan keju, tambahkan
140 g keju oles
