"Medicina" é uma canção-hino que honra as tradições da medicina popular; medicina baseada em plantas como ferramenta de empoderamento e cura. É um chamado à ação para apoiar as vozes dos herboristas, curandeiros e professores... as raízes, as plantas , árvores e pedras... as artes, os espíritos e os selvagens. É uma homenagem a todas as muitas maneiras pelas quais podemos estar bem e às maneiras radicais e tradicionais pelas quais podemos administrar a saúde dentro de nós mesmos.

Esta música é uma homenagem direta às pessoas ao redor do mundo que estão segurando e ensinando essas formas de fitoterapia à base de plantas, educando-nos a conhecer nossos jardins, nossas florestas, nossas plantas e nossos próprios corpos... em nossas próprias mãos e comunidades. Não é uma rejeição da medicina moderna, mas uma gratidão e homenagem à sua ancestralidade e fundamentos dentro das tradições folclóricas.

Este lançamento ocorre na Lua Nova após o Equinócio de Outono. À medida que avançamos para uma nova estação, um novo tempo e um novo capítulo, oferecemos esta música como um hino ritual para esta transição e tempo de grande mudança.
