Description

Early on Honda Minako demonstrated her mastery of "the torch song"; see "Aperitif" in "The Virgin Live At Budokan". Indeed, her peers were the best' see Judy Garland in "The Man That Got Away". "Sake To Namida To Otoko To Onna" loosely translates as "Wine and tears (Tears), and men and women ". It is a song of sadness composed by Kawashima Eigo. This is a reload of the video I posted in 2011. It was performed on the 1994 TV "Yume no rannyusha" together with "MINAKO HONDA - Hymne à L'Amour - japanese cover" uploaded by "singwithlove" on May 7, 2006, whose video enabled me to rediscover Minako after 20 years; the link follows below:
