The original lyrics which inspired the final version were written by Sofia James at the age of 8. The final version is a collaboration with her father Gregory James who thought she had copied the song from the radio. He liked it so much he wanted a way to add music to her song and bring it to life. His intention is to keep her dream of becoming a singer song writer alive. This song also inspired her father to pursue song writing himself. This is where it all started for both of them.
