Old Joe Clark is a US mountain ballad about real-life Kentucky mountaineer Joseph Clark (1839-1885). Some versions of the song have up to 90 stanzas. It has become one of the most well known fiddle tunes.

This tune is great for getting used to low 2nd fingers - pay attention especially to the difference between the low 2 on the E string and the high 2 on the A string.
