This bilateral stim session lasts for eight hours, and has a bilateral beat running at 75 BPM. The beat is mostly a higher frequency tick (like a clock) but alternates with a lower frequency beat. Bilateral stimulation music is used for anxiety, PTSD, restlessness, and other stress related ailments. Depending on the session, use bilateral stimulation to enter a state of deep relaxation, drift off into a deep sleep, meditate, or motivate. During the video you'll hear a beat that goes between the left and right ear. This is to stimulate the brain and communication between hemispheres.
