1 sdm gula merah
4 sdm kecap manis
1 sdt kaldu bubuk
100 ml air
450 ml santan segar

Bumbu halus :
1/2 butir biji pala
3 butir kapulaga putih
3 butir cengkeh
1 sdt biji merica/lada
2 butir kemiri sangrai
1 cm jahe
1 cm lengkuas
3 siung bawang putih
9 siung bawang merah ukuran kecil
