This half hour documentary presents the work "Resounding Earth" by composer Augusta Read Thomas and performed by Third Coast Percussion. Interviews with the composer and members of Third Coast take you behind the scenes and discuss the process of creating the work, discusses insight into various aspects of the bells used for this piece, and presents performance video from their premier at the University of Notre Dame.
Third Coast Percussion Quartet. Bells from around the world for approximately 300 pieces of metal. First performed by Third Coast Percussion at The DeBartolo Performing Arts Center at The University of Notre Dame on 30 September 30, 2012.
