This is my steel pan take on the classic, and listeners seem to really connect with the twist I bring to it. It features a straight-ahead rock steady reggae drum groove, layered with expressive steel pan melodies and trills, guided by how I personally heard the tune in my head — not necessarily how it was originally phrased. The track also features sequenced bass with a driving pulse and some truly exciting guitar solos by my good friend Craig Erwin.
