In short, this song is about the modern generation that ignores the laws of their ancestors (adats), young guys who think they're not honorable if they're not rich ("if their yards aren't full of cattle"), girls who can't take their eyes off of their golden rings and necklaces, who grow out their nails and who don't get up when elders enter.
