While Post Malone is featured on the original recording, he did not join Taylor on tour. Instead, Swift performs opposite backup dancer Jan Ravnik, who portrays a past love interest. Together, they spin on top of a stark white desk with two typewriters, symbolizing Swift’s introspection and emotional turmoil as she looks back on their failed relationship.

“Fortnight” is the lead single off The Tortured Poets Department, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 -- Taylor's 12th No. 1 single.
