“The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly” cocktail recipe:
2 oz gin
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz orgeat
1 kiwi
6 mint leaves
1 egg white
Soda to top

Muddle lemon juice, orgeat, kiwi, and mint. Add fin and egg white then dry shake. Shake once again with ice cubes and double strain into tall glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with mint and lemon peel.
