Our team at Thimar recently sang the Arabic rendition of the hymn "Yet Not I But Through Christ in Me" by CityAlight. Its Christ-centered words resonated deeply with us given the events of the past year. It is a powerful reminder that it is Christ who sustains, strengthens, and works through us—despite our shortcomings and the overwhelming needs.
On this eve of Thanksgiving, we recorded this hymn, to express our hearts and worship to God. We thank God for each of you and for the partnership we share in His work.
As a ceasefire comes into effect in Lebanon, we turn our focus now to what comes next as people displaced by the war return home and our country attempts to rebuild. We thank God for His grace throughout the conflict. We continue to look to Him to guide us as we share in His work here in Lebanon and across the Arab world.
May His peace and grace be with you this Thanksgiving and always.
