Translation Note:
Chinese word "翻身" original meaning is "turning over", here refers to "liberate from oppression".
"New Democracy" is the theory proposed by Mao Zedong. He thinks that the period from 1919 to 1949 is the "New Democratic Revolution", the period from 1840 to 1919 is the "Old Democratic Revolution".
